Why does Retrace have an Early Adopter Program?

Retrace is in the early stages of development. The core app workflow is ready and stable, but we believe that in order to really help merchants in their inventory workflows, we need more feedback. The Early Adopter Program is a way for us to gather that feedback and stress-test our product.

What does the Early Adopter plan include?

The Early Adopter Program offers participating merchants free unlimited access to Retrace.

For how long will the Early Adopter Program run?

We're looking to run the program for 3 months.

When does it start?

The program will commence when Retrace is reviewed and approved by the Shopify App Store team. We currently estimate that this will happen in early August 2026.

What do I get for joining the Early Adopter Program?

You gain free access, an ability to influence the roadmap, and access to future subscription discounts.

Can I subscribe annually and get a discount?

Not yet. All prices are monthly, but we will launch annual billing in the future.

What happens above the Scale plan?

Scale is the highest public plan before custom pricing. Retrace can support significantly larger product catalogs and higher volumes of orders. Please contact support@useretrace.com for more information.
